Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Digital Camel ("Digital Camel", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of digicam.tech (the "Website") and any software development, automation, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Website or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
You may use our Website for lawful, informational, and business purposes only. You agree not to:
Information on the Website about our Services is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and other terms of any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement ("Service Agreement") between you and Digital Camel.
Where a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement will prevail with respect to that engagement.
Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and is valid for the period stated in it. Quotes are not a guarantee of final cost and may change if the scope, requirements, or assumptions of a project change. No work is considered commissioned until both parties have confirmed a Service Agreement in writing.
To allow us to deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:
Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are defined in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Digital Camel" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written consent.
Ownership of work product we create for you under a Service Agreement is governed by that agreement. Unless otherwise stated, ownership of project deliverables typically transfers to you upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how used to deliver the Services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by the other in connection with the Services, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that must be disclosed by law.
Our Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, and providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own agreements.
We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. However, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Camel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability arising from any engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Camel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or content or materials you provide to us that infringe the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination of any Service engagement is governed by the relevant Service Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed in a Service Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
